Q: How long does it take for TALTS to deliver?

A: With a exact time and date of delivery, our delivery promise is 6 - 9 days. However understanding the continual changes and different procedures each country has in place for customs, we do always advice our customer to allow a  grace period of an additional 3 days if items aren't delivered in that period. Our team ensures and prioritises to communicate and provide all updates through provided tracking methods and emails from fulfillment to delivery.

TALTS and All our payment gateways do not keep our shoppers payment details as payments are made directly from shoppers bank/ app directly to ours.

A: Yes, TALTS accepts all global currencies through ANY of our payment gateways.

A: Yes; that's our reason for integrating Payflex, to provide an option that simplifies payments for you while you enjoy the benefit of having the items sent to you WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL.

Q: How can I confirm my size?

A: We avail a size guide for each item in store; where a guide is not availed, regular sizes/ fittings are to be applied. With sneakers, we advise to always make use UK size for adequate size.
